Snaggle no more

Last week Sophia's first tooth popped through. I thought we might have a snaggle on our hands until this week, it's neighbor came a knocking. You would have never known that she was cutting teeth. She's just as sweet as always - give or take a few drools. :)
Relief!

Wildcat Ways

Gotta love those powercat tattoos.
Sophia enjoyed lovin' on her Uncle Jerry at Kites (aka 12th Street) this weekend. They both look great in purple.

Let's Go Fly a Kite

Saylor Lillie and Josh took advantage of the windy weather on Sunday afternoon by flying a kite. Say's favorite part was letting the string go and watching Josh chase after it. Silly girl.

20 what?!?!?!

So, this is what I look like after 18.5 miles (as well as Courtney, Tracey and Stephanie) you can tell with Tracey's reaction, it was a LITTLE chilly and wet on Saturday. I was SO happy to have my family waiting for me at the end of the 20. Something about 20, it's great to have it out of the way. Also note, Tracey is wearing the official marathon outfit.Bring on 26.2!

Bedhead Envy

My friend Emily from NC came to visit and to attend the K-State game this past weekend. Her little man Carson was too cute. Aside from his beautiful brown eyes, enchanting smile and cuddly glow was his enormous bedhead. People/women spend millions or billions on products to achieve his height and flow and little Carson achieved such grace in just one small hour long nap... Emily and her newest addition Andrew Thomas (11 weeks)The kiddos really enjoyed playing together and sharing wasn't much of an issue. Interesting out all the toys they select my vintage record player...

Food confusion

Sophia could not decide what tasted better - cereal or her sock.

Peek A Boo

Say LOVES to play peek-a-boo with Sophia. It's so much fun watching them interact. They are both giggleboxes.

School Time

Today was Say's first day of "School" (aka MOPS - mornings out for parents). She did wonderful. The previous years were utter debacles as she was in tears not wanting me to leave and I would be in tears for leaving her. Not this time around - what a big girl. Her teacher Mrs. Cindy:

Purple Power Play

Saylor and Sophia had a fabulous time at Purple Power Play on Poytnz. I thought Say was my little cheerleader, however she refused to have her picture taken with the actual cheerers.

Last year during a basketball game at Bramledge, Willie signed Saylor Lillie's arm. This year, she's been bound and determined to have him sign her leg. She was successful on Thursday night. :)
